摘要
本文介绍了我国近年来润滑油基础油的生产及质量情况,指出我国基础油质量有下降的趋势,由于其氮化物、重芳烃、胶质等含量较高而使氧化安定性变差,有必要制定更加严格的基础油标准,并增加低凝及深度精制基础油标准。文中还重点介绍了碱性氯化物对基础油氧化安定性的影响,指出脱除碱性氮化物是提高基础油氧化安定性的有效途径,而脱除氮化物的关键是寻求一种工业可行的、简易的脱氮方法。这种方法在实验室已有所突破,下一步将是尽快实现工业化。
The production and quality situation,as well as the quality decline of China's tube base oil in recent years are presented.Owing to the high contents of nitrogen compound,heavy aromatics and resins,the oxidation stability of lube base oil has declined,so it is necessary to adopt more strict specifications and to work out specifications for low pour-point and deeply treated lube base oils.Based on discussions of the influence of nitrogen compound to oxidation stability,it points out that nitrogen removal is an effective way to improve oxidation stability.For the development of a simple and commercially feasible nitrogen removal process,a breakthrough has been made in laboratory scale studies. Its commercialization should be realized as soon as possible.
