摘要
针对MH/Ni电池中氧的产生和不恰当的消除方式带来的内压升高和热量聚积使电池总体性能衰减很快的问题 ,提出可采用降低化学催化氧还原的比例 ,提高热量产生少的电催化氧还原比例的方法加以解决。金属卟啉类化合物是理想的电催化氧还原剂 ;添加消氧剂的MH/Ni电池与空白电池在循环寿命、内压、内阻、大电流放电、浮充电等特性进行比较 。
In MH/Ni battery, oxygen would cause a high inside pressure, and an inappropriate eliminating method would result in accumulation of heat. That is the main obstacle of developing and applying high capability and high power battery. How to reduce chemical catalysis's rate and increase electric catalysis's rate in MH/Ni battery is an urgent question. In this paper, ring-metalated porphyrin compounds were chosen as electric catalyzer. Batteries were prepared by addition of the electric catalyzer and without the electric catalyzer, and their curves of cycle numbers, inside pressure, inside resistance, charge at low rate and discharge at high current were compared with. The performance of batteries with electric catalyzer was obviously improved.
