摘要
采用晶体取向分布函数 (ODF)研究和分析了中间退火对高压阳极电容铝箔织构演变的影响。研究结果表明 :随中间退火温度变化 ,形变织构组分中黄铜取向 { 0 11} <2 11>变化不大 ,中间退火温度增高至 45 0℃时 ,S取向 { 12 3} <6 34>密度降低较多 ,中间退火温度在 42 0℃时 ,铜取向 { 112 } <111>密度具有最大值 ;在成品退火箔材中 ,立方织构取向密度随中间退火温度升高而降低 。
The effect of middle annealing on the evolution of textures in high voltage aluminum capacitor foils was investigated by means of orientation distribution functions (ODFs). The results show that the deformation textures were unlikely affected by the middle annealing temperature. But it brought about strong influence on the cube texture of aluminum foils after the final annealing. The cube texture decreased with the middle annealing temperature increase while the R component changed a little. The cube texture was the strongest in the middle annealing at 320 °C for 2 hours.
