微小按蚊不同发育期蛋白质和同工酶的研究

摘要 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电点聚焦电泳法,比较研究了微小按蚊(广义)卵、二龄和四龄幼虫、蛹及雌性成虫蛋白质和酯酶同工酶电泳图谱。微小按蚊(广义)不同发育期蛋白质等电点pH值,卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫显带区在pH4.1~9.5,其中在酸性区显带最多,碱性次之;酯酶同工酶等电点pH值显带区在pH4.2~7.8,其中酸性区显带最多,中性次之。并对微小按蚊复合体作了讨论。 This paper raports the studies on the proteins and esterase isozymes withisoelectric focusing gel electrophoresis in eggs, the second and fourth instar larvae, pupaeand female adults of Anopheles (Cellia) minimus s. 1., a laboratory colony obtainedfrom Guangxi Province, China. It showed that the electrophoretic patterns in the differentdeveloping stages of this mosquito were distributing within pH 4.1~9.5, main bands at pHbelow 6.5, next bands at pH above 7.4, are protein bands, while those distributing withinpH 4.2~7.8, main bands at pH below 6.5,next bands at pH 6.5~7.4, in esterase isozymes,A discussion on An. (Cel. ) minimus complex is included.
