摘要
用果蝇伴性隐性致死试验对S 牌及C 牌两种国产染发剂的致突变性进行了检测。每个牌号四个浓度组,三种含有H_2O_2,一种未加H_2O_2,本实验条件下得到阴性结果。染发剂对果蝇有一定的毒性。S 牌LC_(50)6500μg/ml,C 牌8510μg/ml。
The sex linked recessive lethal test was used to detect the mutagenicity of domestic hair dyes
S and C.Four concentrations were examined,H_2O_2 was added to three of them.The SLRL
test gave a negative result under our experimental conditions.The hair dyes had some toxic
effects on Drosophila melanogaster.The LC_(50) of S brand hair dye is 6500μg/ml;the C brand,
8510μg/ml.
