摘要
采用心钠素放射免疫测定和免疫组化法对离体大鼠心脏心钠素的释放进行了动态观察。研究发现,大鼠离体作功心脏心钠素的释放在一定时限内基本保持在同一水平。提示大鼠离体作功心脏灌流模型用于研究某些因子对心钠素释放的影响是可行的。
The duration of atrial natriuretie peptide (ANP) release from atria was observed by specific radioimmunoassay and immunocytochemical analysis on isolated perfussed working heart of the rats, We found that the release of ANP from atria is consistently maintained within a limited time, The rat working heart perfusion modcl is indeed a feasible approach in determing the factrs that affect reiease of ANP in vitro.
