摘要
测定了15例正常人,8例安装人工心脏起搏器的患者起搏前、起搏15分钟及起搏一周后的血浆心钠素(PANF)水平,结果起搏15分钟时PANF水平明显升高,一周后降至起搏前水平;提示起搏可引起一过性PANF升高。
The plasma ANF levels of 15 healthy persons and 8 patients carrying long-term ventricular pacemakers (speciman taken before cardiac pacing, at the end of 15 minutes and one week of pacing respectively) were determined by radioimmuno assay. The ANF levels of plasma taken at the end of 15 minutes of pacing were significantly higher than that of before pacing. After one week of pacing the plasma ANF levels were similar to that of before pacing. These findings suggest that ventricle pacing may produce a transient raise of plasma ANF concentration.
