摘要
用江苏莱豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)E-PHA制备固相吸附剂。交联率87.7%。交联E-PHA量为0.59mg/cm^3胶,与肝癌血清γ-GT天冬酰胺连接的低聚糖的亲和反应,类似于进口同类产品。
We have pured E-PHA from Jiangsu phaseolus Vulgans and preparated E-PHA-agarose affinity adsorbent. Coupling efficiency was estimated to be 87.7%, and the amount of coupling E-PHA was approximately 0.59mg/ml of Gel. We have found that commercial preparation of E-PHA-agarose give similar result in the affinity response of human liver cancer serum γ-glutamyltransferase Asn-linked oligosaccharides as own preparation.
