摘要
通过运用旋转机械频谱诊断理论 ,分析工程实际中常见故障中振动烈度、振动波形表现出来的特征 运用频谱分析与相位分析相结合的方法 ,处理通风机开机过程中所采集的信号 ,并诊断通风机滑动轴承故障、转子不平衡、不对中等故障的原因
Based on the theory of rotating machinery frequency spectrum diagnosis, the vibration intensity and vibration wave spectrum characters of common faults of the fan are analyzed.Frequency spectrum analysis and phase analysis are used interchangeably to analyze the collected signals of the working fan and to diagnose such vibration faults as loose sliding bearing,unbalanced rotors,non alignment shafts.Finally,some countermeasures are presented.
