摘要
针对熟料窑7^#排烟机运行中存在的振动问题,应用频谱和相位分析技术进行诊断,确定为典型的悬臂式风机不平衡故障,并采取相应措施,较好地解决了排烟机的振动问题。
Aiming at the vibration problem of 7^ # smoke exhaust used in clinker kiln, the article applies the spectrum and phase analysis technology for diagnosis, determines that it is the typical cantilever blower unbalance fault, adopts corresponding measures, solves the vibration problem preferably.
