摘要
应用微型烧结法 ,通过多种途径改变球团矿的SiO2 含量 ,研究了酸性球团矿显微结构及其性能。结果表明 ,添加化学纯SiO2 使团块中硅酸盐矿物增多 ,气孔率升高 ,还原性变好 ,但对团块的视密度和抗压强度具有双重性 ;配加海南矿使团块中赤铁矿增加 ,硅酸盐液相增加 ,团块抗压强度增加 ,还原性变好 ;配加膨润土使SiO2 含量由4 .98%增加到 7.83 % ,团块的视密度、抗压强度增加 ,孔隙率下降 ,还原性变差 ,进一步增加SiO2 含量导致相反的趋势。
Synopsis The microstructure and properties of the acid pellet have been studied by changing the content of SiO 2 in the pellet in different ways with micro pelletizing process. Results show that the pore number grows higher and reducibility turns better with the increase of the silicate type ore in the pellet by adding pure chemical SiO 2. However the increase of silicate ore will have quite different influences on both the apparent density and compression strength of the pellet lump. When adding the iron ore from Hainan Province to increase the content of hematite ore in the pellet lump the liquid phase of the silicate increases, the compression strength of the pellet lump rises and reducibility turns better, and as soon as the expanded clay is added and the SiO 2 content in the pellet lump grows up from 4.98?% to 7.83?% the apparent density and compression strength of the pellet lump increases and reducibility turns better immediately, however, furth increase of the SiO 2 content will bring about a contrary effect.
