摘要
用骨髓染色体制片方法,对南京地区褐家鼠和黄胸鼠的核型、C带和G带进行了现察分析,并与前人报道作了比较,发现它们的核型和带型均显示出一定的差异.本研究为分析我国的家鼠属动物的染色体进化提供了基本资料。
The chromosomes of Rattus norvegicus and R. flavipectus collected in Nanjng are examined based on the bone marrow cells. The diploid chromosome number of the two species is 42. They have similar karyotypes, although slight differences are present between the two. An autosomal polymorphism chromosome pairs nos. 9, 11 and 13 is found in R. novegicus. Although the two species of rats have a very similar karyotype but the size and shape of the constitUtive heterochromatin near centromeric region are different. C-bands of R. norvegicus are generally small in size and indistint than that of R. flavipectus. It means heterochromatin in R. norvegicus is less in amount in comparison with R. flavipectus.The G-banding patterens of R. norvegicus and R. flavipectus are similar, although slight differences are observed.
