摘要
禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)JF-12菌株在Czapek培养基(pH6.5~7.0)25~28℃下静止培养10天,可以得到毒性较强的培养滤液,它对7个小麦品种胚根生长抑制的测定结果表明,感病品种明显高于抗病品种。证明用此法大规模初步筛选抗性材料要比用麦粒培养得到的粗毒素更为快速而简便易行。
JF-12 isolate of Fusarium graminearum was stilly cultured in Czapek medium (pH6.5, 25~28℃) for 10 days. The culture filtrate of JF-12 isolate was tested on the inhibition rate of embryonic root growth of 7 wheat varieties. The results showed that the inhibition rate of susceptible varieties was significantly higher than that of resistant varieties. This method could be possibly used for preliminarily screening resistance of varieties and breeding materials.
