摘要
研究了马铃薯晚疫病病原菌菌株5-4在不同培养基、光照、温度、pH值、振荡培养方式等条件下产生毒素的情况,并用番茄种子发芽法检测了毒素的毒性。结果表明,适宜马铃薯晚疫病菌粗毒素培养的培养基为黑麦液体培养基,培养基pH值为6.0-7.0,培养温度20-22 C,在黑暗条件下连续振荡培养16 d时产生的粗毒素的毒性最强。
The effects of pathogen Phytophthora infestans culture conditions , sucn as culture medium, light,temperature ,pH value and shaking,on crude toxin production were studied using tomato seed germination as the biologic test of toxicity of crude toxin. The results showed that the favorable culture conditions were rye liquid medium,pH value 6.0--7.0,culture temperature 20--22 ℃ with successive darkening and shaking during culture. The production of crude toxin reached the highest level on the 16th day of culture.
