摘要
通过动态心电图对充血性心衰心肾阳虚患者进行心率变异时域分析并观察中药坎离煎干预对其心率变异的影响。将 60例心肾阳虚心衰患者随机分为中药坎离煎组和西药对照组 ,两组相比 ,前者心率变异时域指标有明显改善 ,治疗后中药治疗组中反映交感神经张力指标除SDNN5 (P >0 0 5 )外 ,SDNN(P <0 0 5 )、SDANN(P <0 0 5 )以及反映迷走神经张力指标之rMSSD(P <0 0 1)、PNN5 0 (P <0 0 1)均明显高于西药对照组。说明温阳益气法可以提高心衰患者的心率变异性 ,从而可以改善心衰患者的预后。
Through the dynamic electro cardiograph analysis of heart rate variability time domain methods for both heart and kidney yang deficiency patients of congestive heart failure and inspect of the effect on heart rate variability of Chinese medicine Kanli Decoction intervene.60 patients were divided randomly into two groups,Chinese medicine treated with Kanli Decoction group and western medicine control group.Comparing with the two groups,the former index of heart rate variability time domain has got obvious improvement.After the treatment,in the Chinese medicine group the indexes of sympathetic nerve tension except SDNN5( P >0 05),SDNN( P <0 05),SDANN( P <0 05)and the indexes of vagus tension rMSSD( P <0 01),PNN50( P <0 01)are significant higher than that of the western medicine control group.It indicates that Warm Yang Tonify Qi Method could increase the heart rate variability of patients with heart failure and then improve the prognosis of the patients with heart failure.
