摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自主神经功能的影响。方法将78例CHF患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予利尿剂、血管扩张剂、洋地黄等标准治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒9g,每日3次,疗程8周,观察患者心率变异性(HRV)的变化。结果稳心颗粒明显增加了HRV时域及频域指标(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论稳心颗粒对CHF患者心脏自主神经功能具有有益作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin Granules on the functional changes of cardiac autonomic nervous in the patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 78 patients with CHF were divided into two groups, The control group （39 cases） were given the traditional treatment against heart failure. On the basis of routine treatment, the therapeutic group （39 cases） took Wenxin Granules additionally for 8 weeks. The parameters of heart rate variability （HRV） were analyzed before and ＇after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the time and frequency indices of HRV in the therapeutic group increased markedly （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Based on the traditional therapy, taking Wenxin Granules additionally to treat congestive heart failure possesses the beneficial effect on the function of cardiac autonomic nervous.
