摘要
循证医学即“以证据为基础的医学” ,其核心思想是医疗决策的制订和疾病具体治疗措施的选择 ,都应基于最严谨的科学证据之上。限于种种原因 ,中医药研究对科学的方法学重视不够。至于如何在中医药领域中开展循证医学研究 ,作者提出 4条意见 :①提高中医药研究论文的质量和水平。②建立中医药治疗性研究文献系统性分析信息库。③规范中医证的量化标准 ,开展重大疾病中医证型特点的流行病学及辩证客观化的研究。④建立综合、统一的中医临床疗效评价标准 。
Proof-based Medicine'refers to the medical science that has proofs ans its basis. Its core lies in the theory that the formulation of medical policies and the selection of therapeutic measures for a specific disease should depend on the strictest scientific proof. However due to multiple factors,the scientific methodology has not been given enough importance in the study of Chinese medicine and pharmacology. The authors have advanced four proposals comcerning how to start 'Proof-based Medicine'in the TCM field:①to improve the quality and level of TCM thesis;②to set up a data base for the systematic analysis of therapeutic documents;③to standardize the quantitative criteria for syndromes and launch the epidemiological study of syndrome fetures and the study of the differentiating objectification of major diseases;④to establish a comprehensive and unified evaluation standard of the clinical curative effect,and to launch multicentric random comparison experiments.
