摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT动脉期薄层扫描对胰腺动脉的显示情况。材料与方法 回顾性分析 5 8例正常胰腺的螺旋CT动脉期薄层扫描 (准直 5mm ,重建间距 3mm)图像 ,由两位医师阅片并记录胰腺间接供血动脉 (腹腔干、肝动脉、脾动脉、肠系膜上动脉、胃十二指肠动脉 )和直接供血动脉 (胰背、胰横、胰大、胰尾、胰十二指肠上前、上后、胰十二指肠下动脉 )的显示率。结果 胰腺的间接供血动脉全部显示 ,直接供血动脉显示例数分别为胰背动脉 36例 ( 6 2 % ) ,胰横动脉 2 2例 ( 38% ) ,胰大动脉 6例 ( 10 % ) ,胰十二指肠上前动脉 38例 ( 6 6 % ) ,胰十二指肠上后动脉 15例 ( 2 6 % ) ,胰十二指肠下动脉 2 6例 ( 4 5 % )。结论 螺旋CT动脉期薄层扫描能很好地显示胰腺间接供血动脉 。
Objective To assess the frequency of visualization of pancreatic arteries during arterial phase in thin slice spiral CT scanning of the upper abdomen.Materials and Methods The pancreatic imaging in 58 healthy individuals on thin slice spiral CT scans (5 mm collimation, 3 mm reconstruction interval) of arterial phase were retrospectively analyzed by two radiologists. The frequency of visualization of both the direct and indirect pancreatic supplying arteries was recorded. The indirect supplying arteries included celiac, hepatic, splenic, superior mesenteric and gastroduodenal arteries, and the direct supplying arteries included dorsal pancreatic, transversal pancreatic, great pancreatic, caudal pancreatic, anterior and posterior superior pancreaticoduodenal, and inferior pancreaticoduodenal arteries. Results The indirect pancreatic supplying arteries were demonstrated in all 58 cases. The visualization of the direct pancreatic supplying arteries included dorsal pancreatic (n=36, 62%), transversal pancreatic (n=22, 38%), great pancreatic (n=6, 10%), anterior superior pancreaticodudenal (n=38, 66%), posterior superior pancreaticoduodenal (n=15, 26%) and inferior pancreaticoduodenal (n=26, 45%).Conclusion Thin slice spiral CT scanning in arterial phase can well demonstrate the indirect pancreatic supplying arteries, although it has limitation in displaying the direct pancreatic supplying arteries.
