摘要
氯喹和羟基氯喹是４－氨基喹诺酮类的抗疟药。自１９５１年Ｐａｇｅ的报告发表后，抗疟药在皮肤及结缔组织病中的应用开始被人们认识。目前在临床上应用较普遍的就是氯喹和羟基氯喹。但在使用中也出现了一些药物不良反应，比如眼的损害。本文综述了氯喹和羟基氯喹常见的药物不良反应以及安全使用这类药物的一些准则，以供参考。
Chloroquine(CQ) and hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) designated as 4-amino quinoline are the antimalarial medications(AMS). Since the report by Page in 1951, AMs have proven effective and are widely used in the skin and connective tissue diseases. Now CQ and HCQ are the two common AMs in the clinical application. But some adverse effects appeared,such as ophthalmologic side effects. This review summaried some familiar adverse effects of these drugs and safe guidelines for their use in the treatment of dermatologic conditions.
