摘要
报告1例系统性红斑狼疮并发寻常性银屑病。患者女,25岁。因面部红斑,伴乏力8个月,皮疹日晒后加重。既往患寻常性银屑病病史13年,实验室检查:抗核抗体阳性(1:640),抗Sm抗体(+++),抗SSA抗体(+++),抗ds-DNA抗体(+)。诊断:①系统性红斑狼疮;②寻常性银屑病。
A case coexisting with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and psoriasis vulgaris is reported. A 25-year-old female had been diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris for 13 years. She had fatigue with red rash on the face, which was flared after sun exposing. The positive laboratory examinations were antinuclear antibody （1：640）, anti-Sm antibody （＋＋＋）, anti-SSA antibody （＋＋＋） and anti-ds-DNA antibody （＋＋＋）. She was diagnosed as coexistent SLE and psoriasis vulgaris.
