摘要
高校教师收入低是造成其教学上积极性不高和师资流失的主要原因之一,从人力资本的角度,探讨政府对高等教育的管理方式和旧体制对高等教育的束缚,分析高校教师收入低的原因,找出相应的解决办法。
Low income leads to the low initiative and the loss of lecturers in institutions of our universities and colleges. From the viewpoint of human capital, we are to analyze the reasons for the low income and to suggest some effective ways to deal with it. This analysis is to be given in two aspects: a) the administration of higher education by the government; b) the yoke brought by the old educational system to higher education.
