摘要
本文结合35伏1万微法·伏/克比容钽粉的研制与近期国外研究工作,探讨了钽粉烧结温度对钽粉主要电性能的影响。讨论指出,在相应的技术措施配合下,降低烧结温度是高比容钽粉烧结制度的未来发展趋势。
By comparing the results from the manufacture of tantalum powder having 10,000 μf .v/g specific charge and 35 V working voltage with recect researches related outside China , this paper investigated the effects of sintering temperature on the main electrical qualities of the product with high specific charge . It was noted that lowering the sintering temperature would be the tendancy to improve the sintering processes of tantalum powders with high specific charge in the years to come though other technical improvements are necessary .
