摘要
本文以国内某铜冶炼厂的生产实践资料为依据,采用回归分析方法建立了铜密闭鼓风炉渣含铜的数学模型,探讨了渣成分的变化对于诸种经济指标的影响,指出炉渣的综合利用是提高铜熔炼总经济效益的根本途径之一,而在弃渣不能有效利用的情况下不宜片面追求降低渣含铜而采用高SiO_2/Fe渣型。
Based on the operating data from a copper smelter in China and through statistical analysis,a mathematical model in the smelting slag of the hermetically sealed blast furnace is developed.The relationships bet-ween slag composition and the economic indexes are discussed.lt is suggested that in order to improve economic efficiency the comprehensive utilization of slag is one of the important ways and that high SiO2/Fe in the slag should be avoided if the slag can not be utilized effectively.
