摘要 目的 记录黄斑部闪光稳态视诱发电位 ,分析参数的稳定性 ,探索新的临床诊断项目。方法 系用美国 L KC公司 UTAS- E30 0 0型视觉电生理仪及 FCS- 5 0 0型局部刺激器 ,记录 18例 2 0眼正常人黄斑部闪光稳态视诱发电位。结果 黄斑局部闪光稳态视诱发电位的振幅为 2 .114± 0 .374μV(CV=0 .2 0 1) ,潜伏期为 32 .36± 8.113ms(CV=0 .2 5 1) ,相位 78.72 9± 40 .16 9degree(CV=0 .5 10 )。结论 黄斑部闪光稳态视诱发电位振幅、潜伏期的参数较稳定 ,可作为黄斑部、视神经病变新的检测项目。 Objective To record the waves and analyze the parameters of macular steady flash visual evoked potential(VEP).Methods 20 eyes of 18 normals were tested using the UTAS-E3000 visual electrophysiology analyzing system with FCS-500 local stimulator made by American LKC company.Results The amplitude of local VEP is 2.114±0.374 uV(CV=0.201),and the latency is 32.36±8.113ms(CV=0.251).Conclusions The parameters of the ampiltude and the latency of macular steady VEP are steady and can be useful to the clinical early diagnosis of the macular and optical diseases.
