摘要
目的 检测开角型青光眼 (AOG)患者血清一氧化氮水平 ,探讨一氧化氮在开角型青光眼病理过程中的作用。方法 应用化学比色素法测定 AOG患者血清一氧化氮水平 ,并与闭角型青光眼患者和正常人进行对比。结果 AOG患者血清一氧化氮水平明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 AOG患者血清一氧化氮水平降低 。
Objective To detect nitric oxide(NO)of plasma and to explore the role of the pathologenesis in angle-open glaucoma(AOG)patients.Methods The NO level in the plasma of patients with AOG were determined with chemical colorimetry and the results were compared to that of patients with angle-closure glaucoma(ACG) and normal adults.Results The NO level in the plasma of patients with AOG were lower obviously as compared with that of the control groups (P<0 01) Conclusion The NO level in the plasma of patients with AOG were decreases singificantly and the results suggest that NO may be involved in the rise of intraocular pressure and visual function of patients with AOG.
