摘要
文章从 4个方面论证了在地勘单位积极推进产权制度改革的必要性和重要性 ,进而又提出在产权制度改革中要实行 5个结合。
From four aspects, the paper proves the necessary and importance for geological prospecting units to push forward necessary and importance of the reform in property system. Then it points out five combination should be carried on the reform.
