摘要
国有地勘企业在矿业权市场中没有真正占据主体地位,造成部分以获利为目的企业的投机行为,导致国家资源无法有效配置。文章分析了国有地勘企业在矿业权市场中的地位和作用,提出培养国有地勘企业成为矿业权市场主体的几点措施。
The state-owned geological prospecting enterprises have not really occupied the leading position in the market of mining rights.This situation causes partial other enterprise's speculation behavior for only seeking profits and national resources are unable effectively to distribute.The paper analyzes the position and role of the state-owned geological prospecting enterprises in the market of mining rights and puts forward some proposals for making the state-owned geological prospecting enterprises become main bodies.
