摘要
为系统了解温度对二烷基二硫代甲酸钼 (Mo DTC)减摩抗磨作用的影响 ,采用 SRV高温摩擦磨损试验机对不同温度下 Mo DTC的摩擦磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明 :Mo DTC的减摩抗磨特性与温度密切相关。 12 5℃和 2 5 0℃时 ,Mo DTC兼具减摩抗磨作用 ,在 2 5 0℃时效果尤其显著 ;32 0℃时 ,Mo DTC的抗磨作用基本丧失 ,但仍具有延缓摩擦失稳现象发生和一定程度的减摩作用。 Mo DTC的减摩抗磨特性还在一定程度上与基础油化学成份有关。根据表面分析结果认为 :2 5 0℃时 Mo DTC优异的减摩抗磨特性与缸套磨面上高含量元素 Mo,S,Zn及 P存在时形成的 Mo S2
The tribological performances of molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC) were investigated at varied operation temperatures on an SVR friction and wear tester. Results indicate that the friction lowering and wear reducing characteristics of MoDTC are heavily dependent on the temperature. Particularly at 125 ℃ and 250 ℃ , MoDTC demonstrates the functions of both friction improvement and wear abatement; at 320 ℃ , MoDTC basically loses antiwear performance, but it could still be effective to some extent both in stabilizing and in decreasing the friction coefficients. The chemistry of the lubricating oils into which MoDTC was formulated is another responsible factor for the effectiveness of MoDTC in decreasing friction and mitigating wear. It is suggested, based on worn surface elemental analysis, that the fine tribological performances demonstrated by MoDTC at 250 ℃ should be attributable to the rich distribution of elements Mo, S, Zn and P, which were believed to have undergone thermal and/or tribochemical reactions to generate such species as MoS 2 and phosphates.
