水润滑下陶瓷与灰铸铁副的滑动磨损特性 被引量:1

Friction and wear of ceramics against gray cast iron in distilled water

摘要 研究了在蒸馏水润滑下 Si3N4、 Al2O3陶瓷与灰铸铁副的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明: Al2O3陶瓷的磨损体积损失远小于 Si3N4的,但灰铸铁与 Si3N4配副时的磨损体积损失却大大小于与 Al2O3配副时的,其摩擦系数也很小( 0.02)。用 SEM观察磨损形貌,发现灰铸铁与 Si3N4配副时 Si3N4磨面极其光滑,与其对应的灰铸铁磨面上存在含石墨的润滑膜。 Sliding wear by distilled water lubrication of ceramics Si3N4 and Al2O3 against gray cast iron are studied. It is concluded that the wear volume loss of ceramics Al2O3 is much lest than that of Si3N4 , but the wear volume loss of cast iron against Si3N4 is much lest than that against Al2O3 , and the friction coefficient is very small too .It is observed by SEM that the worn surface of Si3N4 is very smooth, the worn surface of cast iron against Si3N4 has a lubricated film with graphite.
