摘要
目前,下岗职工一般未与原国企脱离劳动关系。这给国家、企业、社会都带来很大的弊端。建议政府有关部门尽快建立规范的劳动力市场,合理合法处理劳动关系。可将下岗职工分为三类,有针对性的采取相关措施,保护下岗职工的经济利益。
Now,many layoff workers do not terminate the contract with the state-owned enterprise. It brings about some maladies to our country,our society and state-owned enterprise. We suggest the state should make some policies to normative the labor market and to terminate contract reasonably and legally. The layoff workers can he divived three categories,for which me propose relanant messures.
