摘要
目的:探讨芪附汤及其组方对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:建立受氢化可的松(HC)免疫抑制动物模型,应用芪附汤及其组方对免疫抑制小鼠进行治疗,观察其对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:芪附汤可明显增强免疫抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)的活性、红细胞C3b受体(RBC-C3bR)花环形成率、脾细胞产生抗体的能力及白介素-2(IL-2)的活性,增强红细胞免疫复合物(RBC-IC)花环形成率和脾细胞增殖反应。黄芪水煎液能促进免疫抑制小鼠的腹腔Mφ的活性和IL-2的活性。增强脾细胞产生抗体的能力,但作用不及芪附汤。附子水煎液能促进免疫抑制小鼠脾细胞产生抗体,作用与黄芪水煎液相近。结论:芪附汤能增强受HC免疫抑制小鼠的各项免疫功能。
Objective:To study of effect of Qifu Decoction and its components on immunological function in the immunodepressive mice. Methods:Preparing models in immunodepressive animal by hydrocortisone(HC). All immunodepressive mice were treated with Qifu Decoction and the effect of Qifu Decoction and its components on immunological function in immunodepressive mice were evaluated. Results:Qifu decoction could evidently improve the activity of the peritoneal macrophage,increase rossette forming percentage of RBC-C3bR facilitate the antibody formation of spleen cell and the activity of IL-2, promote the rossette forming percentage of RBC-IC and proliferative reaction of spleen cell. Milk vetch root could promote the activity of peritoneal Mφ and IL-2, improve the antibody formation of spleen cell of the immunodepressive mice,but is less effective than Qifu decoction. Mank shood root could improve the antibody formation of spleen cell of the immunodepressive mice, and the effect is similar to Qifu decoction. Conclusion:Qifu Decoction could evidently improve the all immunological function of immunodepressive mice by hydrocortisone(HC).
