大肠癌骨髓微转移的检测及其对治疗的反应 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究大肠癌患者骨髓中微转移的检测 ,并观察手术前后的变化情况。方法 应用CK 2 0非同位素RT PCR方法 ,检测 5 1例大肠癌患者术前和术后化疗后骨髓中转移癌细胞。结果  5 1例术前骨髓中CK2 0阳性检出 3 6例 ,阳性率 70 .6%。阳性检出与Dukes分期、淋巴转移显著相关。术后早期短程化疗结束后 13例转阴。结论 大肠癌患者骨髓转移癌细胞的检测 ,有助于大肠癌血路转移的早期诊断 ,对判断肿瘤恶性程度和患者预后并指导术后辅助治疗方案的选择有重要意义。术后早期短程化疗对消除大肠癌微转移具有明显的效果。 Objective To explore the detection and clinical improtance of mircometastasis in the bone marrow of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 51 bone marrow samples were detected by non-isotope RT-PCR assay to find the metastatic cancer cells in different times.Results The positive rate of CK 20 mRNA in bone marrow was 70.6% in preoperation.The incidences of CK20 positivity were obviously correlated with Duke′s stage and lymphatic metastasis.After the short-term chemotherapy in early stage of postoperation,13 cases transformed from positive to negative.Conclusions The detection of CK20 in bone marrow contributes greatly to the earlier diagnosis of the blood metastasis of colorectal cancer and plays an important role in judging the malignant extent and prognosis.The short-term chemotherapy in earlier stage of postoperation has an obvious effect on eradicating the micrometastasis of colorectal cancer.
