摘要
目的 探讨社区实习对护生整体素质及护理相关能力培养的影响 ,为素质教育的实施提供科学依据。方法 采用问卷调查方法对参加社区实习的 97级和 98级 173名护生进行调查。结果 调查显示 :2届护生均认为社区实习对培养护生整体素质中专业素质、心理素质和思想品德素质的提高有明显的作用 ;在护理相关能力培养方面 ,影响较大的前 6位是 :沟通能力、处理人际关系能力、语言表达能力、观察能力、合作能力、独立处理问题的能力。结论 社区实习对护生专业、心理。
Objective\ To search the effects of the community practicing on nursing students' whole qualities and nursing capacity.Methods\ Nursing students in 97 grade and 98 grade were investigated,using questionnaire methods.Results\ All nursing students thought that the community practicing had significant effects on their professional knowledge,psychological health\,moral character and varied nursing capacities were improved.Conclusion\ The community practicing has positive influences to develop nursing students' nursing capacities and to enhance their whole qualities.
