摘要
报告谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶（ＧＳＴ）诊断试验在健康小鼠血清中的分布和正常参考值，并应用临床流行病学方 法对血清ＧＳＴ诊断试验进行评价。结果表明，小鼠血清 ＧＳＴ活性呈对数正态分布，正常值范围为 １２～６２ｍｍｏｌ·ｍｉｎ－１· Ｌ－１。 在化学肝毒物溴苯所致小鼠急性肝损害时，血清ＧＳＴ诊断试验灵敏度为８８％，特异度为７５％，准确率达９４％。
To report active distribution and normal range of serum glutathione S-transferase(GST) activity in healthy mice,and evaluate serum GST diagnosis test using clinical epidemiological method.The data showed that the distribution was in a lob-normal distribution and the normal range was within 12~62mmol·min-1·L-1.In acute chemical hepatotoxicity induced by benzbromide(150mg·kg-1), the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of serum GST diagnosis test was 88%,75%and 94%,respectively.
