摘要
目的研究辐射后淋巴细胞亚群变化及其 NADH对免疫细胞表型的影响。方法分离 8例健康人群外周血淋巴细胞 ,每例分 3组 ,第一、二、三组分别为不照射组、照射后不加药组和照射后加入 NADH组。采用 FCM分析细胞亚群及IL- 2受体表达率。结果实验 组与实验 、 组相比 CD4/ CD8比值减小 ,CD3、CD4、NK细胞百分率下降 ,CD8百分率增加 ,IL- 2受体表达下调 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论
ObjectiveTo study the change of lymphocytes subsets after radiation and the effect of antioxidant NADH on immunological cells Methods lymphocytes in peripheral blood were collected from 8 healthy following volunteers and were divided into three groups Group Ⅰ: lymphocytes from 8 healthy persons serve as control Group Ⅱ:lymphocytes ir radiated Group Ⅲ:lymphocytes ir radiated plus added NADH The percentage of lymphocyte subsets and IL 2 receptor expression was quantified by FCM. Results The rate of CD4 +/CD8 +cell, CD3 +,CD4 +,CD(16+56) + and CD25 + cells were significantly decreased in groupⅡ as compared with that in GroupⅠand Group Ⅲ ( P <0 05) On the contrary,percentage of CD8 +was significantly increased in Group Ⅱ ( P <0 05) Conclusion NADH may markedly improve immune function
