摘要
目的:探讨助孕灵治疗抗精子抗体(AsAb)阳性不孕不育患者的疗效。方法:将270例AsAb阳性不孕不育的男女患者随机分为治疗组与对照组;治疗组服用助孕灵,对照组服用地塞米松、维生素E、维生素C,疗程皆为1～3个月,治疗前后观察AsAb转阴及受孕情况、内分泌水平、基础体温变化、精液分析对照等。结果:治疗组较对照组见效快,妊娠率及总疗效高,助孕灵对女性内分泌水平及男性精液状况的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:助孕灵可能作用于下丘脑—垂体—性腺—胸腺轴的各个环节,能协调神经内分泌和免疫系统的功能。
Purpose:To observe therapeutic effect of Zhu Yun Ling on the patient of sterility with positive anti - sperm antibody (AsAB). Methods: Two hundred and seventy male and female patients of sterility with positive AsAB were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Zhu Yun Ling and control group treated with dexamethasone, vitamine E and vitamine C. The therapeutic course was 1 - 3 months. AsAB turning negative and pregnancy rates, hormone levels , basal body temperature change and sperm were observed and analysed before and after treatment. Results: In the treatment group, the effects produced more rapidly, and the pregnancy rate and the total therapeutic effect were higher as compared with the control group. Improvement of female hormone levels and the condition of male sperm were superior to the control group (P <0. 01). Conclusion: Zhu Yun Ling can act on the various links of the hypothalamus - pituitary - sexual - thymic axis, and coordinate the functions of neuroendocrine and immunological system.
