摘要
目的 :观察感染弓形虫对大鼠肝脏 5种微量元素 (Fe2 +、Cu2 +、Zn2 +、Ca2 +、Mg2 + )的影响。方法 :2 0只大鼠随机均分为正常组和感染组 ,每只大鼠腹腔注射 2 ml含 1.5× 10 6弓形虫速殖子的生理盐水悬液 ,6 4 d后将两组大鼠处死 ,取肝组织 ,用原子吸收分光光度仪测定其微量元素的变化。结果 :与正常组相比较 ,感染组肝组织 Fe2 +含量明显增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,Cu2 +含量明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Zn2 +、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 的含量变化均不显著。结论 :弓形虫感染能引起大鼠肝组织 Fe2 + 、Cu2 +
Objective:To study the level of five trace elements(Fe 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ )in the liver of the rats infected with Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) . Methods:Twenty rats were randomly and equally divided into two groups: normal group and experimental group. On the 64th day after injection of T.gondii , all of the rats were killed and the atomic absorption method was used. Results:Compared with the normal group, the level of Fe 2+ ,Cu 2+ in experimental group was significantly altered. Conclusion: T.gondii might play a role in the change of Fe 2+ ,Cu 2+ in liver of rats.
