摘要
采用电位溶出法测定了８２例肝炎患儿的头发中锌、铜、铅、镉含量。结果显示，大多数急、慢性肝炎患儿发锌含量降低；发铜增高者仅占１／４和１／８，且慢性肝炎中发铜降低者约占１／３，为急性肝炎的３倍；患儿中发铅值增高者约占１／５；发镉增高仅在急性肝炎中占１／１０。
The content of Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd in hair of 82 children with hepatitis was determined. The results showed that the content of hair Zn in most children with hepatits decreased while hair Cu in 1/4 of the children with acute hepatitis and 1/8 of those with chronic hepatitis increased.The patients whose hair Cu was lower took up about 1/3 of the children with chronic hepatitis, which was three times as the children with acute hepatitis.The content of hair Pb in the 1/5 patients increased while hair Cd increased in only 1/10 of the children with acute hepatitis.
