Fas介导的凋亡与caspase家族 被引量：42

摘要 Fas介导的细胞凋亡在维持机体稳态平衡方面具有极其重要的作用。Fas与Fas配体结合启动凋亡。在细胞凋亡分子机制中 ,caspase家族成员是Fas介导凋亡信号传导途径的关键效应分子 ,并参与凋亡过程的调控。凋亡调节蛋白和caspase抑制剂可通过多种途径对凋亡过程产生影响 ,有希望成为治疗因细胞凋亡过度所致疾病的重要分子。
