摘要
根据机构学的杆组理论 ,针对游梁式抽油机的共性建立相应的数学模型和动特性仿真子程序 .在动平衡优化设计中采用了二次平衡原理 ,有效地降低了能耗 ,改善了系统的受力情况 。
With the aid of linkage theory, this paper gives relevant mathematical model and simulation method for the dynamic characteristic of beam pumping units in allusion to their commonness. By using the secondary counterbalancing theory in the optimum design of the counterweight's parameters, it is effective in power saving and improving force situation of the system. All this can effectively improve the solution's generality, therefore the programming time can be reduced remarkably.
