摘要
CAD系统对方案设计支持的关键是建立独立于几何细节而又表达功能结构关系的装配模型 ,文章首先论述了冷冲模零件的特征表示 ,以特征技术为基础 ,并根据冷冲模产品装配关系建立了冷冲压模具 CAD系统的装配模型 ,此模型集中了层次模型和关系模型的优点 ,并已应用于冷冲模 CAD系统的开发 ,文章还讨论了系统的实现 ,该研究成果应用于工厂实践中 。
The establishment of an assembly model capable of representing function structure relationship and free from detailed geometry is crucial to supporting conceptual design in CAD system. In the paper, the feature representation of the commponents of die is discussed firstly. Based on the feature technique and the assemble relationship, the assemble model of die is given. The assemble model has the advantages of both the level model and the relation model and is applied to the development of the CAD system of die. The implementation of the CAD system of die is also discussed. The developing method based on assembles makes the CAD system of die satisfactory.
