摘要
研究了消声器外罩级进模的成形工艺及模具结构方案。制约级进模成形的主要因素有料带整体排样、拉深方式、冲压方向以及工步设置等,拉深工序是最关键的环节。对两种拉深成形方案进行了试验研究,得出了合理的拉深方案、排样、下料尺寸、压边力大小以及其他相关工艺参数,确定了优化方案。同时研究了成形过程中的起皱现象,认为拉延筋的设置是一种较优的解决手段,经过分析确定了拉延筋的参数及布置方式。
This article studies the forming scheme and the progressive die structure of a silencer cover.The blank layout,blank size,drawing scheme,punching direction and process arrangements are the key factors that should be taken into consideration in the progressive die production.Two drawing schemes were investigated by experiment.Blank layout,blank size,binding force and some other specific process parameters of an optimized drawing scheme were determined.Wrinkles and cracks were eliminated after the proper draw bead was set.
