摘要
本文从商业批发企业在建设企业管理信息系统时的开发目标、设计原则如何确定入手，介绍了企业管理信息系统设计的组成和内容，并通过应用实例说明．建设一个成功的企业管理信息系统，可以为企业带来较好的效益。
The paper introduced the designing formation and contents of a management information system of enterprises by starting with how to confirm the development aim and designing principles during the construction of a management information system of trade wholesale enterprises. Constructing a successful management information system of enterprises may result in a better profit for an enterprise.
