文章介绍了一种基于 Ｃ／Ｓ结构，利用先进的网络技术和数据库技术来构造大型零售商业企业 ＭＩＳ的方法，并详细介绍了商务管理系统应用软件实现的功能。其特点是系统投资小，可扩充性和适应性强，技术先进，运行安全可靠。
This paper introduces a method of constructing a large commercial business management information system using advanced network and database technology based on C/S model, and describes in detail the functions of the application software of a business management system. The features of the system are little investment, good expansibility and flexibility, advanced technology, high security.
