摘要
时延与抖动是影响IP电话服务质量的主要参数 ,也是严重阻碍IP电话进一步发展的关键问题。讨论了影响时延与抖动的因素与控制措施 ,借鉴了多媒体时延与抖动的相关理论 ,采取准入控制方式后 ,定量地分析了IP电话的时延与抖动。
Time delay and jitter are main parameters which affect quality of service and hold up further development of IP telephony.This paper disucsses influence factors in time delay and jitter and the ways to control them.Time delay and jitter of IP telephony are quantitatively analyzed by reference of the related theory of time delay and jitter of multimedia network.
