摘要
运用局部均衡分析方法 ,分析了并购市场特殊的供求曲线、局部均衡以及在完全信息和不完全信息两种条件下的封闭拍卖并购定价模型。目的在于考察并购市场的运行机制 ,以便保证并购的高效运行 ,充分发挥市场机制在配置存量资源方面的优势作用。
In order to study the mechanism of the merger and acquisition market, and to improve the merger and acquisition market efficiency, the author uses the analysis method of the partial equilibrium to study the special demand curve and supply curve of the merger and acquisition market and its equilibrium, and the pricing model under complete information and incomplete information.
