摘要
在外部环境条件不确定的情况下,影响代理人对于委托人目标价值贡献的因素不仅仅有随机性的特点,而且还存在着模糊的性质.在假定招聘约束集为模糊集、外部环境条件为三角模糊数时,采用局部均衡分析给出代理人最优贡献的确定方法,并且得到给定条件下的委托人激励报酬最优策略.
Under the external environmental conditions of uncertainty,factors affecting an agent for the contribution of the principal objectives not only have the characteristics of randomness,but also have the nature of being vague.A method is given to determine the optimal contribution of the agent,and the optimal strategy is obtained for the principal incentive compensation under the given conditions in such a case that the constraint set is a fuzzy set and the external environmental conditions is triangular fuzzy numbers.
