摘要
以德治国与依法治国紧密结合构成中国特色社会主义的治国方略 ,在加强法制建设的同时必须大力加强道德建设 ,加强社会的道德建设 ,提高个人的道德修养。
The policy of administering the state affairs with the Chinese socialist characteristics consists of the close combination of administering a country by virtue and governing a country by law.While strengthening the legal construction, we must make our efforts to enforce the construction of morality, and improve individnal self cultivation.
