摘要
通过对自然法概念的梳理,基于自然法作为评判实在法好坏的道德标准这一意义,肯定了中国自然法思想的存在,进而对中西方的自然法思想从价值取向、主要特征等方面入手进行了深入的比较分析,以探寻两种不同法律文化之间的深层差异。
The Article examines the concept of natural law,and affirms the existence of the Chinese thought of natural law. The further analysis of natural law between the side of Chinese and Western was carried out thorough study on value orientaton,major teature and other aspects in order to seek the deep difference between two different legal cultures.
