摘要
清末民初进行过仿日或仿美的宪政选择 ,但都失败了 ,究其原因 ,除了政治因素之外 ,主要在于宪政的选择与中国传统文化价值系统等内层质素的冲突难以解决。
During the alte Ching and the early Republic of China, constitutionalism emitated of Janpan and America has turned out to be a failure. Besides the political factors, one of the main reason for this is the futile reconciliation of the conflict between china truditional culure and the western constitutionalism
